Dreams

 My dreams are like visions, awake, vivid, eye opening.  Visions of pain, visions of sadness.  Visions of happiness, visions of joy.  This is the kindness.  The experience of a full range of human emotions, acceptance of all those different emotions.  Peace with yourself, brings you to peace with others.  I am brought to my knees when I forget this.  I rise when I remember.  Kindness-farfari
