Walking 

It can provide such solace for many different reasons.   

I can walk up to 25,000 steps a day at times, and I frequently have to remind myself that I have walked enough.

Walking meditation can be a peaceful practice.

I utilize it to help ground myself when I am feeling disconnected.

It is hard to remain disconnected from the earth, when your feet are taking turns planting into it!

Opening your senses to the many experiences that walking can provide is also helpful in the grounding process.

Pay attention to your senses as you walk, and it can make walking even more pleasurable.
